About Ecir Baff

Ecir Baff

I'm using art to represent randomness found in nature. By repeating a simple element while applying a stochastic force to this element, it is inevitably different from any other element in the same piece; different in form, color, position, etc. So each object is completely unique, like a particular tree in nature is never a twin to another tree. To see uniqueness of objects in a piece, you have to observe with attention each element: sometimes it is pretty easy to see the differences, sometimes it takes more work. This is what make these pieces of art rich, for the person who is willing to invest in the reading of the piece.
